Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for damaged products.
A parcel opening video is mandatory, and the product must be inspected in a live video.
The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.
Refund would be credited within 7days to original payment method.
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery with the original price tag intact.
Return would be done within 7days.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned parcel.
