We deliver to most part of India within 2-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time.
Perfect Collections cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges:
We give free shipping for orders above Rs. 1000 to any location within India. For orders below Rs. 500 shipping will be charged as per weight basis. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.
Cancellation:
You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id through an email to perfectcollections2011@gmail.com. We will notify you once your order has been cancelled
Returns & Exchange:
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, Perfect Collections has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

Easy Returns / Exchanges:
Before proceeding a return note that:
The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. It shall be unused and returned with all brand tags and original packaging.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a product, please contact us on perfectcollections2011@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a priority basis.
Return Shipping by Customer:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on perfectcollections2011@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery along with images and a 360-degree video of the damaged product and we will definitely help you out with a refund or replacement based on Terms and Conditions applied.
In the case of exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.
If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
